When you submit an enquiry or callback request, we collect:

• Your email address, if you provide one.
• The property or enquiry you’re interested in (project, plot, budget, configuration, or your typed request).
• Basic campaign parameters from the link you arrived through (UTM source, medium and campaign), so we know which of our channels referred you.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: so our advisory team can contact you about properties that match your interest, answer your questions, and arrange site visits. We don’t use your details for unrelated marketing.

How your information is handled

• Your enquiry is stored in our internal CRM so our team can follow up and keep track of it.
• We may send you a WhatsApp acknowledgement confirming that we’ve received your enquiry.
• We share your details only with our own advisory team. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.
