Majiwada is a junction neighbourhood in Thane West where the Eastern Express Highway meets Ghodbunder Road, close to Kapurbawdi and Balkum. Its main draw is connectivity, towards Mumbai, the Ghodbunder corridor and the Mumbai–Nashik Highway.

Because it sits at the Majiwada junction, homes here suit buyers who travel in more than one direction. You can head south on the Eastern Express Highway, north-west along Ghodbunder Road, or towards Bhiwandi and Nashik. Several large mixed-use projects have come up around the junction.
